Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment or order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Faisalabad: Rs. 250 per order.
All other cities in Pakistan: Rs. 400 per order.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Partners

We use courier services to deliver orders across Pakistan. The courier is selected according to your location and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, where available. Please allow time for the courier to update the shipment status.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, along with an active contact number. If you need to correct your delivery details, contact us before dispatch. Changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Retain the original packaging while we review the issue.
